• AI-powered assistance and briefings
• External feeds (news, sports, markets)
• Chrome browser extension

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use Vortxx for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions. You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials except as required for normal use
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Vortxx
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

4. Account Registration

To use Vortxx, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, maintain the security of your password, accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Google API Services

Vortxx uses Google APIs to provide certain features. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the Google Terms of Service. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Vortxx integrates with various third-party services including:

• Google (authentication, Gmail, Calendar)

• ElevenLabs (voice synthesis)

7. Voice Data

When you use voice features, audio is processed for command recognition and is temporarily stored only for the duration of processing. Text-to-speech responses are generated on demand and not permanently stored.

8. AI-Generated Content

Vortxx uses artificial intelligence to generate briefings, classifications, and suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

10. Chrome Extension

The Vortxx Chrome Extension requires certain browser permissions to function. The extension is governed by the same terms and privacy policy as the main service.
