Voice commands are processed in real-time for command recognition. Audio is not permanently stored on our servers.
AI Conversation Data
Conversations with AI features are temporarily stored to maintain context during your session.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use Vortxx, including feature usage and error logs, to improve our service.
Local Storage
User preferences and settings are stored locally on your device and in our secure database.

3. Data Storage
- User preferences and account data are stored securely in Supabase
- Email and calendar data is accessed in real-time and temporarily cached for performance
- Voice data is processed in real-time and not stored

4. Chrome Extension
The Vortxx Chrome Extension operates within your browser and follows the same privacy standards as our main service. Data may sync with your Vortxx account when you are signed in.

- AI Providers: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google, Perplexity
- ElevenLabs: Voice synthesis

Vortxx's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
