Getting Started
Click "Get Started" on the homepage and sign in with your Google account. Vortxx uses Google authentication for secure, passwordless access.
Vortxx offers a free tier with core features. Premium features are available through our paid plans. Check our pricing page for details.
After signing in, you'll be guided through a quick setup wizard. You can customize your dashboard layout, connect your email and calendar, and configure your preferences.
Visit the Chrome Web Store and search for "Vortxx" or click the "Install Chrome Extension" button on our homepage. Once installed, sign in with the same Google account you use for Vortxx.
Voice Commands
Say "Hey Vortxx" to activate voice control, then speak your command. You can also click the microphone icon in the interface to start listening.
You can say things like "Read my emails," "What's on my calendar today," "Create a task," "Send an email to [name]," and "Give me my briefing." Try saying "What can you do?" for a full list.
Make sure your browser has microphone permissions enabled for Vortxx. Check your system microphone settings and ensure no other app is using the microphone. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
Email Integration
Vortxx connects to Gmail through your Google account. When you sign in, grant the requested Gmail permissions to enable email features.
Currently, Vortxx only supports Gmail accounts. We're working on adding support for other email providers in future updates.
Vortxx uses AI to analyze your emails and categorize them by priority and type. The AI learns from your behavior over time to improve its classifications.
Calendar & Tasks
Your Google Calendar is automatically connected when you sign in with Google and grant calendar permissions. Events will appear in The Core dashboard.
Yes! When viewing an email, click "Create Task" or use voice command "Create a task from this email" to quickly turn any email into an actionable task.
When creating a task, click "Set Recurrence" to configure daily, weekly, monthly, or custom repeat patterns.
Vault Features
The Vault securely stores passwords, secure notes, project information, and other sensitive data. All data is encrypted end-to-end.
The Vault uses AES-256 encryption for all stored data. Your master password never leaves your device, and we use zero-knowledge architecture.
Yes, you can import passwords from most popular password managers including LastPass, 1Password, Bitwarden, and Chrome. Go to Vault Settings > Import to get started.
Account & Settings
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select "Settings." From there, you can customize your dashboard, notifications, voice settings, and more.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from Vortxx. This action cannot be undone.
Visit your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com, go to Security > Third-party apps with account access, find Vortxx, and click "Remove Access."
Privacy & Security
Vortxx collects your Google account info for authentication, email and calendar data (with permission) for display and organization, and usage data to improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Email content is accessed in real-time and temporarily cached for performance. We do not permanently store your email content on our servers.
Voice audio is processed in real-time for command recognition and is not stored after processing. We do not keep recordings of your voice.
